Premium CTC Assam Black Tea, Grade-A Orthodox Assam Black Tea, Mix of fresh, green Darjeeling Tea Leaves in an heirloom blender's recipe for a seriously Kadak cup of Chai.
Taste a rich cup of signature malty, golden-tipped Assam Teas with a full-bodied malty cup with notes of nuts and dates in the middle.
Woody around the edges but has a sweet refreshing aftertaste.

Strong
Typically gets ready in under 5 to 7 minutes.
1. Bring 200ml of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add 1 Tsp. (2g) of Tea to it and simmer for 2 mins.
3. Add in the milk of your choice and simmer for 3 mins.
4. Sweeten as per your preference.
5. Strain & enjoy!
Maceration
To make our Gold Blend 1872 Kadak CTC tea, we transfer the withered leaves into our Rotorvane which macerates the leaves and re-conditions them into the granular pellets we know as ‘chai patti’.
It’s then transferred to a crush-tear-curl machine for oxidation which makes our tea homogeneous, giving way to the classic Indian tea flavor.
Being an antioxidant, it combats high LDL cholesterol, while the flavonoids improves your heart health and boosts immunity.
Our carefully curated process allows the caffeine and L-Theanine to increase your brain’s alpha-activity and improve your focus and memory as you sip on our Kadak chai.
