Only confirmed orders will be shipped. We use the most efficient and trusted shipping partners so as to ensure that the ordered product/s reach you within the promised timeframe. We use only standard shipping mode and there will be no express delivery approved under this policy.
Customers are requested to provide their complete details such as Name in Full, Phone Number, Email ID and an Accurate Delivery address with correct Pin Code during registration so that the ordered product/s reach you as per the promised timeframe.
Shipping the product/s to the customers will be solely upon our discretion. The order/s might be kept on hold if we identify any missing information which will limit our shipping partner’s ability to deliver the order to the customer. Our contact center associates may call the customer to get the required information. Such cases may lead to delayed delivery.
Delivery time taken will depend on the location where the order needs to be delivered. The same will be communicated to the customer once the order is dispatched.
Two delivery attempts will be made at the delivery address provided by the customer. Post both unsuccessful delivery attempts the order will be returned back to us and your order will be automatically cancelled.
Your order may not be shipped if the delivery location is not serviceable by any of our shipping partners. Our contact center associate may call you to get an alternate address where delivery is possible. Both Serviceable and Non-Serviceable locations are subject to change without prior notice (even after the order is shipped – it is not under our control).
You may face delay in delivery or your order may be cancelled from our end if your delivery location is affected by any natural calamity such as heavy rains, floods, volcano, earthquake, etc. or is affected due to riots or any such unavoidable circumstances.
Any changes to the policies will be updated on the website. Customers are requested to read all the policies on this website to stay updated. There will be no communication made from our end with the customers either through a call or an email w.r.t. any changes made in any of the policies.
